Aerobic bioremediation processes low cost stimulation system
The project aims to design pathways and low cost technologies for alternative, highly efficient supply of oxygen for aerobic bioremediation processes. The technology is based on controlled and targeted application of agents with high oxygen release potential, such as liquid or solid peroxides, into subsurface. This process has a great potential for the removal of present pollutants by direct oxidation and the linked support of aerobic biological finish.
